Adventure!

So last night, wine and cheese party.
2am I'm feeling restless, I wanna DO something, so I decide to go play out in the snow. I get out and decide that it's too cold to play in the snow, so I'll go for a walk instead.

I get to SAIT, and decide, hell, I'm halfway home, and I should really burn that CD for Chopper and bring it back to the party.
So I walk back to my house. About a block away, I realize that I have left my keys AND cell phone in Bouche's room. Shit.
All the doors are locked. Tinkerbell watches me amusedly from inside while I try and jiggle the sliding door open. No dice.
Then I remember Owen's sleeping in the basement, so I spend 10 minutes knocking on the window until I hear a groggy
"What! Who the fuck is there?"
"OWENTHANKCHRISTIDON'THAVEKEYSPLEASEGODLETMEIN!!!!!"

After a good cup o' tea inside I settle down to work on the CD. Later, I'm fully engrossed when the house phone rings. The clock says 3:53am.
With trepidation, I answer the phone.
Me: hello..?
Voice: hello, is Kat there?
Me: um, this is Kat...?
Mirical: OHMYGODKATWEWERESOWORRIEDYOUWENTOUTTOPLAYINTHESNOWANDNEVERCAMEBACKWETHOUGHTYOU'DBEENEATENBYSNOWMONSTERSORCRACKADDICTSORBOTH!!!!!
Me: ohhhhhh....oops?

Turns out search parties had been sent, hands had been wrung and ears had been frozen.

Wow, man. I'm really sorry I worried everybody, but at the same time, you guys FUCKING ROCK.

I promise to make it up to you, especially Myles & Mirical. Don't worry, I've already started on Bouche.

other than that shamefully amusing incident, it was a wicked party. Sexiness was had by all.
